What are the best cameras for photography?

crazychick3n17 asked:

What camera, or specifications, or brand that is best for photography beginners? Price between $100-300.
I really want to get into photography and i have been taking mediocre pictures for a few years now. My camera now is only 6 mega pixels. At the moment i am only using the camera to learn angles. Now i would like to get a higher resolution camera to really start off. What are some that you know of that are cheap enough for my budget, and good for beginners?

For years to mention that over 30000 of the cheaper one begins at 60000 with stock lens and that should be good.
