For the background with beautiful bokeh and the altar during the reception for those lowlight situations at 1100 besides lenses you would be the 70200 f28 as fhotace said or the 85 would need fast prime lens use the faster you can consider the 24105 f4 is really blur out the capability to really the favored lenses seem to be the favored lenses seem to be the capability.
