I want a digital camera that gives me the best quality digital photographs for around Rs. 12000. I am a amatuer photographer and was hoping to buy a digital camera for myself sometime soon.       i suggest the ixus from canon, really good , has alot of settings. high quality.
      try google that..maybe try ixus 860 is.
